DESIGN PROCESS

Invitations are the first impression of your event, we need to make sure it is a fabulous one! After an initial consultation and understanding of our client’s vision, we spend some time reflecting, brainstorming, and gaining inspiration. We think about the theme our client is trying to bring to life for their event and what really stands out about it. Our favorite part of the process is that we use much more than just paper to create the invitation. What sets our work apart is that we use fabric, and intricate details to make the invitation truly stand out. From sewing a pearl cross onto vellum paper to creating a circus curtain with fabric, these little details help bring our client’s vision to life in a special way. We love seeing their reaction once we show them the final product.

STEP #1 - Initial Consultation

First things first, we will send you an invitation questionnaire to get more information about your event and to get a better idea about what you are looking for. Once you fill out the questionnaire, we will set up an initial consultation to review the invitation samples and to narrow down the specific items needed for your event. We can either meet in person, by phone, or via FaceTime. After our meeting, we will put together a proposal for your review. Upon booking our services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

step #2 - Design & Production

Once the deposit has been made, the fun part begins. We will create a mood board displaying the color palette and inspirational pictures used to bring your story to life. This is to make sure we are on the same page with your wants and needs. After making sure that the colors and inspiration reflect your event, we will begin to create your suite. You will be a part of the process from the beginning to the end. Once proofs are ready, we will send them to you via email for your approval. Once approved, all pieces will be sent to print, and no additional changes can be made. Final payment is due before sending all pieces into production.

step #3 - Assemble & DELIVERY

Once we receive all the pieces back from production, we will then begin the process of assembling your to invitation suites, yay! We will assemble all your invitation suites and deliver or ship the invitations for you. The assembly of your invitation suite is included in your package but you also have the option to assemble the invitation suite yourself, if you choose.
